Griffin’s Place
Photography & Videography Policy
Effective as of January 27, 2025
Griffin's Place utilizes photographs, video recordings, names, and audio recordings of individuals participating in our programs, events, or activities for communication purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, publications, public relations efforts, promotions, publicity, and advertising.
Griffin's Place is unable to collect release forms from all individuals depicted in images or videos taken at Griffin's Place events, activities, or within our partner facilities.
By attending Griffin's Place events, participating in our programs, or visiting partner facilities, you (or for individuals under 18, your parent or guardian) consent to the capture and use of your image, name, and/or voice by Griffin's Place and waive any claims or rights, whether in law or in equity, unless you opt out as described below.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, or to have your name, voice, or biographical information used in connection with any such recording, you may opt out by notifying Griffin's Place photographers, videographers, or designated staff at the event or activity. Please note that opt-out visual identification programs may not be available at all events.
While Griffin's Place will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are responsible for removing themselves (or their children) from areas where photography or recording is taking place or notifying staff to ensure their opt-out status is known.
Failure to remove yourself or notify staff may result in your inclusion in photographs or recordings. Such inclusion will be deemed consent for Griffin's Place to use the photograph or recording until Griffin's Place is notified otherwise.
